Great Price and Fast Shipping!! This cable can easily cost up $25.00 in a retail store. Nice color, great connections, and a great all around deal!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Cable in any size
I bought these Belkin cables. They are very nice quality. They seem heftier than a lot of the other cables. My system analyst neighbor mentioned that he prefers to buy the 1000 foot roll. He runs them to wall outlets, then uses the 7 foot or 14 foot snap in cable from the wall to the PC. That way, you don't have to buy a 40 dollar crimping tool.
You can't solder these cables. They require a metal to metal contact, and lead-solder doesn't qualify. Also, it is critical to keep them spiraled, all the way up to the end. Even when attaching, instructions call for twisting them right up to the connection.
Since the tech instructions, tell you to keep them down to under 350 feet, these cables, whether they are long or short, are in the right lengths.
I know Amazon doesn't print prices in their reviews, but they have the local major chain office supply stores beat hands down. The 50 foot roll was half again as much locally.
These are the Category 5e cables. They give you a better return feed, which results in better overall performance. So insist on 5e instead of just 5. I initially bought some wall plates from Radio Shack that were Category 3, then I returned those for the snap in option Category 5. Those were returned also, when I went to Home Depot (of all places to go networking) and they had the complete Leviton line of 5e accessories.
If I had to do it over again, I would still buy the Belkin 50 footers. I don't want to have a 500 foot roll of ethernet cable hanging around.
These are tops. Gold plated connectors, Snag free ends, that protect that little lock in tab on the ends. You know the frustration of unsnarling a phone wire, out of a wiring mess, and the little tab bends over backwards, never to work properly again. Well Belkin built twin arches over the sides to prevent just that. Way to go. Highly recommended, good stuff, for a good price.

4-0 out of 5 stars Its a cable.
Functional, but not my favorite snagless design. The rubber half-boots over the cable ends interfeer with the removel of this cable. This is not a problem if you're not taking the cable in and out like I do, or if you never have the cable in a tight connection like I do.There are better designs, like the ones with an additional piece of plastic covering the connection from the opposite direction.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good network cabling!
If you have--or are getting ready to string together-- a network, this cable is the best "glue" to hold your network together.

I have never had any problems with any of the Belkin cables that I have purchased and to put it bluntly, they just work!

When youstring a network together, and go through the hassle ofinstalling your NICs, running cable, and attaching the connectors, the last thing you want is a bad cable.

Buy these cables and put these fears to rest. String 'em and forget 'em. They work as your "silent partner" on your network and provide a stress-free network computing environment--at least where the cabling is concerned!

(and you thought you couldn't say a lot aboutan ethernet cable)

5-0 out of 5 stars Works Amazing!
I bought this cable before reading all the reviews. Once I read them I became nervous that I was going to have many problems with it. What I found out when I got it is that most of the people who gave it bad reviews either didn't have an understanding of how it is supposed to be used, or didn't install it correctly. Maybe I'm wrong and there really was a bad batch of cables going around but here is some information that will help you avoid any problems with it.

*Take off the clear plastic caps on both ends (If you don't you won't be able to get 5.1 surround).
*Make sure everything is securly fastened.
*Turn Dolby Digital and DTS on in the audio options menu of the Xbox.
*When your Xbox is on with no game in it, it dosen't put out 5.1 even with the cable. So if you turn on your xbox once you've hooked the cable up and your reciver says its only going through 2 channels, don't panic, its supposed to do that.
*Most importantly many xbox games don't support dolby digital (5.1). Infact most don't, and it is impossible to get 5.1 surround out of a game that dosen't support it. So check the back of the game where its says the number of players and xbox live info. If a green box says "In Game Dolby Digital" you will get 5.1 surround with this cable. If not, you will only get 2 channels and a sub. So check the game first.
*May not be vital, but unplug your RCA audio from your tv or your reciver before you hook this up.

I hope this information helps. Don't let the few bad reviews scare you from buying this. If used correctly it will give you amazing sound. It is truly worth the money.

5-0 out of 5 stars These do not work with some Gamelink 200 X
Don't buy these for the Gamelink 200 X, chances are that it won't work like it should.

I've had my Gamelink 200 X cables for around 2 years. I recently happened to buy a 5.1 system, so I decided to buy the Lightwave 100 X toslink cable from Monster Cable.

When I set everthing up and turned on my XBOX, I went to the audio settings only to find out that my Gamlink 200 X and Lightwave 100 X didn't unlock the Dolby Digital/DTS menu. I still only saw the "Mono, Stereo, Dolby Surrond" menu. Therefore, it transmites the signal as PCM Stereo, and not Dolby Digital or DTS.

I contacted Timothy Pryde from Monster Cable to see if he could send me a replacement 200 X cable. He did, and that cable didn't work either. So I contacted him again, and he sent me another 200 X cable, that one didn't work either to my surprise.

After trying the second he sent, I just gave up, and asked him if he could just send me a Monster Video cable, so I could just buy Microsoft's Advanced AV pack. He said that was just fine.

Right now I'm waiting for a UPS slip to be e-mailed to me so I can send back the two cables he sent me. And when he recieves the cables, he said he will send me the Monster video cable.

He was really helpful, and all in all, I'm very happy with the outcome; he let me keep my Gamelink 200 X incase I need to use my XBOX with a TV set/system that doesn't have an optical input. And he said he was going to thoroughly test the Gamelink 200 X cables to see what's the problem. He said he wasn't aware of this problem before, and mentioned it as being "weird".

I gave the Lightwave 100 X 5 stars because it is a solid cable that works perfectly without the Gamelink 200 X

Hopefully, Monster cable will find the problem, and ship newly designed Gamlink 200 X cables.

3-0 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware
I am extremely happy with the image and sound quality of this product once I got things working, but beware, some of these cables are faulty.

I purchased a new Monster Cable XGL400 and XGL-LW100 mid-December 2003 with a new Xbox and was surprised to find that the optical cable was not transmitting an audio signal when connected.I exchanged the cables for a new set and now everything works.I didn't change anything else, just plugged the new cable in and presto.

It's discouraging that a company like Monster Cable would ship a product that had not been tested.Unfortunately, they are the only show in town so be careful and return the cables if you run into any problems.Don't spend the hours trying to trouble-shoot bad cables as I did.

5-0 out of 5 stars Can't be avoided with a 3.5mm to TOSLINK cable
It was suggested that the Monster XBOX video cables would accept a 3.5mm optical plug; this would be a great workaround as adapters to TOSLINK are significantly less expensive. Alas, the proprietary connector on the Monster cables is too small for even a 3.5mm plug and this product is the only way to pair a Monster video connection upgrade with a digital audio connection. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Simple, basic, does the job it was meant for
Assuming you've got an available USB port on your PC, and are running a USB-compatible version of Windows (Win98SE or higher, or Windows 2000/XP), this product does exactly what you'd expect it to.Simple to use - just plug your PS/2-style mouse and/or keyboard into the unit, then plug the unit into an available USB jack on your PC, and Windows will autodetect the devices.

This is an excellent device to use if you want to attach two PS/2 style keyboard/mouse combos to the same PC - for example, if you've got both an adult and a child-size keyboard you want to run on the same PC, and both keyboards have PS/2 jacks.

Device also works great if you want to attach a PS/2 style keyboard or mouse to a laptop which has only USB ports. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Does what it should for cheap
The 6' 4 pin to 4 pin Belkin IEEE 1394/Firewire cable does exactly what it says it should for relatively cheap. As long as you're at the 400 MB/s standard as this is, there's no need to spend $50 on a gold plated connector and superheavy isolation like the Monster cables. Firewire is designed to function up to 15' without signal degradation, and unlike analog signals the 0 and 1s of digital signals aren't subject to manipulation by electrical fields. Either they get through or they don't, so as long as these are certified under the standard you save money by not buying useless frills. It's shiny translucent silver, not black, but if you care that much about cable color you probably already have your cables isolated anyway.

The 4 pin models work with most electrical powered devices; the 6 pin models usually are for devices that need battery power.(To tell, look at the cable input. If the Firewire port looks like a USB port it's 6 pin, as the extra two pins carry current. If its tiny, it's a 4 pin outlet.) For those looking for an adapter for Comcast/Motorola HDTV-ready digital boxes, you'll need a 6 pin cable on one end as Motorola decided to use a 6 pin adapter, where almost all HDTVs, DVHS VCRs, and PCs use a 4 pin. Recommended.

1-0 out of 5 stars It costs too much, and wears out too fast!
I thought Belkin was a good name, so I payed $20 for a cable that I could have gotten for $5. After a year of heavy use it developed a short, so I purchased a cable for a quarter of the price, and it's working fine, and I bet it will last as long as the Belkin cable did. I have had trouble with several Belkin cables: my Belkin Firewire shorted, my Belkin ethernet shorted, and my Belkin VideoBus shorted. It's not the plugs, it is an intermitant short somewhere in the wire, maby it is interferance caused cheap wire.

1-0 out of 5 stars I got the wrong cable not Belkin brand
I asked for a Belkin cable but they sent me the junk cable (not a Belkin brand cable). Please don't trust this site, I ordered the cable because it says I will get the Belking brand cable for $7 but the cable they had sent me was not a Belkin brand, it is a junk cable, I hope it cost not more than 50cents.

Before you place an order make sure you are getting the right product......Bad experience.

5-0 out of 5 stars Your Digital iLink from Sony Digital8, Philips DVDR-985 & PC
Belkin provides an excellent assortment of FireWire Digital High Speed Data / Video / Audio transfer via these IEEE-1394 sheilded cables.

This cable is a 4 pin to 4 pin - 6 foot 2 way Apple FireWire & Sony iLink compatible cable.Transmit speed up to 400 MBPS (Million Bits/Per Second). The 400 speed is for digital data only.NOTE: this is an easier and better way than USB transfer!

My evaluation of this cable is for the DIGITAL VIDEO/AUDIO transfer ONLY.The max speed of which is 100 MBPS.

I have utilized this cable for digital video/audio transfer of my Sony 8mm/Hi8/Digital8 camcorder video tapes to a Philips DVDR-985 Progressive Scan Recorder and Player via this FireWire. What is truly amazing about this cable is you transfer digital information quickly and with no picture quality or audio signal loss.

I have used this cable successfully for digital video & audio transfer between Digital8 camcorder and DVD+RW Recorders (PC DVD Burner or DVD Recorder).Digital8 camcorder to Sony GV-D800 8mm/Hi8/Digital Video Cassette Recorder and the GV-D800 to the Philips DVDR-985.

This 4pin to 4pin 6 foot 2 way FireWire cable is a very necessary and outstanding addition to the world of digital data/video/audio transfer. Enjoy. ... Read more

With this kind of product, it just come down to if it works or it doesn't.Unlike speaker or video cables, the quality of shielding or core material does not really make the differences.

3-0 out of 5 stars Evil Dead: Fistful of Boomstick Reviewed by Mr. Sean David
Let me start off with this. Fistful of Boomstick is definitely better than the horrible Hail to the King. It still doesn't stack up to the likes of BloodRayne or Devil May Cry. First off, the graphics aren't terribly great, but decent. CG is pretty good, though and Bruce Campbell( AKA "Ash" ) is the only detailed character on the game. Sound is great with the afforementioned Bruce Campbell lending his voice and his one-liners are hilarious as always, but music is barely adequate. Controls handle pretty well and there's no denying the sweet, sweet pleasure of chainsawing a Deadite and tossing a stick of dynamite in its mouth. Yes, FOB does give you such sequences of fun things like that, but also has parts of boredom as you wander around pretty generic levels( all levels consist of the same town, just different eras ). Now if you're a Evil Dead fan, you'll probably like it. I enjoyed it despite it flaws. But if you're looking for another DMC or BloodRayne, wait for their sequels or in DMC's case, wait for its prequel. I'm giving it a 3 out of 5. This is Sean David siging off.

Until then,
Semper Fi, Carry On.

4-0 out of 5 stars Hail To the King Baby
This game is freakin' sweet. That's all there really is to say about this game.
The story picks up with Ash (voiced by Bruce Campbell!)Watching a show on the Occult, with a Proffesor Embridge discussing the Book of the Dead, which summons the evil spirits seen in the movie trilogy. On TV he plays the infamous tape of Proffesor Knowby which contains incantations from the Book of the Dead. The Deadtites show up, and its up to Ash to find a way to send them back. He enlists Embridge's help, but unfortunetly he has some alterior motives.
The game play on this is fairly tight. Combat with Deadites isn't very hard to learn and the weapons are interesting to say the least. The chainsaw arm is back. Boomsticks galore. Exploding shells add for some interesting effects when hitting a Deadite. The game employs a right hand / left hand combat system and rather good targeting. The camera generally gives good angles though there is the odd occasion where your vision is going to be obscured by the camera taking a weird position.
Level layouts are pretty good, though they require lots of backtracking to pick up items or finding a character. And make sure that the brightness is up on your screen, or you will get lost. Level four in the forest, would be impossible since the setting is so dark that you cannot see the path to the village.
This game is a bit of a guilty pleasure. With all the games out there that contain the same amount of violence, yet take themselves seriously, Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick is a welcome change. It encoperates all the campy fun from the trilogy, and is more fun than creepy, though it can have its moments. Adding Bruce Campbell into the mix makes it all the better. Don't miss a chance to play this game, it's worth the time.

4-0 out of 5 stars Groovy.
I'm not the biggest Evil Dead fan (The only one I can even remember is "Army of Darkness"), but I'd say this is a good game for fans of the series and for fans of horror games in general. In fact, I'd say it's much better than most other horror games.

The controls are pretty easy to use and you'll get the hang of them very quickly. The sound, both in the dialogue and score, is top-notch. Most people don't notice, but some of the background themes (like in Level 4) sound great and add to the visuals. Bruce Campbell is back to do the voice of Ash, and believe me, he does the best job anyone could possibly do. He's always there with hilarious one-liners that keep the game entertaining at all times.

The gameplay is pretty standard. You go through six levels (you even get to go back in time for two of them) solving puzzles and killing deadites. The large selection of weapons was also a nice touch. I won't spoil the story for you, but it's pretty good...good enough to be made into a movie in my opinion. The graphics aren't the best or anything, but they weren't that bad either.

But no game can be without flaws, so it's now time for the bad. The biggest complaint I have is that there's no map or any other kind of indicator to point you in the right direction. It's easy to get lost and it can sometimes take you up to 15 minutes to finally find the place where you're supposed to be. Not only that, but this is one of those games that's impossible to beat without using some kind of guide. The game gives you virtually no hints on how to solve the various puzzles or how to get access to certain areas. This last thing could either be considered good or bad, but the game is also very easy. I'm usally terrible at every game I play, but I was able to beat this in one day (it's not as short as I make it sound...I played it for the majority of the day and for at least six hours). When I fianlly beat the game, I had 6 health packs and 16 save tokens left, that's how easy it is. Although those searching for a bigger challenge might like Arcade mode, which is incredibly hard. Overall, if I liked it, I'm sure this would be an Evil Dead fan's dream.

4-0 out of 5 stars Gross and gory but fun
This game is awesome and gory. Not good for kids 12 and under though.Even though I'm just a kid I understand the humor and It's funny. There is some cursing like da** and a** but nothing real bad.I've seen a few of the movies. They are cool/funny.This is agreat game!

5-0 out of 5 stars Bruce Campbell stomping chomping fun
If you like the Evil Dead films then you will LOVE this game. If you are a fan of the man then you will be in heaven for the next couple of days. If you do not know who ASH is or what Evil Dead is then you are directed immediately to watch the films instead...

(1)The Evil Dead.
(2)Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn
(3)Army of Darkness (Evil Dead 3)

... once you have done that you are now in a better position to enjoy this game release which tries to be Evil Dead 4, but isn't really. The story is interesting (Ash must save a town from the deadites which have taken over) but the gameplay is only so-so entertainment (good 3D environment though) and there is nothing new here we have not seen before elsewhere, but like I said you must be a fan to give this one 5 stars or else it is just 3 star material. Basically you must run around town (kinda plays like State of Emergency with the bad guys running after ya), close otherworld portals, find items, hack up zombies with a chainsaw, blow them away with a shotgun (cool over-the-sholder moves and everything), defeat the end bosses and save the gal.

For all intensive purposes if you like the Evil Dead movies or want to BE Bruce Campbell for a few hours a day then this is EXACTLY what you have been looking for. Don't even continue this review and just get the darn thing. For all those lowlifes out there who do not know what ED is then GO FIND OUT and come back here later when you get what all the fuss is over.

I also recommended checking out his book "If Chins Could Kill".

1-0 out of 5 stars Hard to peel off
Maybe my batch was just defective, but the circular cuts in the top paper were not complete and when the labels were peeled off, about half of them ripped where the circle wasn't completed. I was able to use most of them, and they looked fair, but I'll try a different label now that these are finished.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent labels
I tried other labels and found the Neato labels are thicker and therefore less likely to bind and crinkle when you apply to a CD/DVD.The spine labels are useful too for giving a professional look to the cases.A good first purchase is the Neato kit that includes the stomper for attaching labels to the CD and software that I've found intuitive and stable.

5-0 out of 5 stars 100% Satisfied.
I have used other brand name labels and find this one to be the best so far.Good quality...perfect thickness, stick well, no smudges or smears. They work well with my CD burning program.I didn't have to buy another program in order to use these labels. (As someone else stated in another review.)

3-0 out of 5 stars I was expecting the kit
I wasn't aware when I ordered this that I would also need more and should have ordered the kit.
As far as the label material and the way it looks after printing onto the label, it looks great....but wish I would have know to order the whole kit.

4-0 out of 5 stars Well earned 4 stars
I must say I have had few problems with the "Fellowes NEATO CD/DVD Labels." I haven't used many different types of lables so my 4 stars could be based on ignorance. Basically they do what they say they do: You burn a CD, you print a picture on the lable, and then you put the lable on the CD. (My favorites include pictures of national parks, fantasy style battles/dragons, and various other scenery.) I haven't had them cause a CD to not work. Good product. Good price. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars They're very good indeed!
They're well made, excellent sounding interconnects from a well known audiophile company --I own some of their more upscale/esoteric audio and video cables.I purchased the 20 ft. run for connecting my DVD player to my Labtec Pulse 475 speaker sys. used with my laptop. This enables me to play DVD audio or music CDs whether or not my laptop is on.Please keep in mind that even though these wires were meant to channel a source signal from the mini plug to the RCA connectors and ultimately to your receiver (yep, the arrows near the RCA plugs is showing the intended direction of signal flow) one can use them in a way such that the signal is forced to flow in the opposite direction instead but consistently so, as I have. The penalty is small, and it disappears after the burn-in period, 3-4 mos.

Similarly, I've used their 2 meter Interlink 400 MK II version of this cable to connect my portable CD player to my Klipsch ProMedia 5.1 speakers used with my home workstation with outstanding results! The only caveat:in order to fully benefit from cable at this level (quality), all links in the audio chain must, at least, equal the cable's quality since the cable itself IS an audio component or device; otherwise, one may never hear a difference. The chain is as good as its weekest link.Benefits:natural midrange, soundstaging and image details are believable, and bass has nice slam.

2-0 out of 5 stars Great, but...
My friend has this cord to connect his iPod to his stereo, and it works great, great sound, good ease of use etc. I wanted one so I went to Bestbuy today and got one by RCA that sounds just as good for $7.99.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Part for your home audio system
This is a great part of your home audio system should you decide to hook your computer or other device with a minijack plug in to it.A good long cable (other lengths are sold both in a M HP-10 and in the THX series). If you are unsatisfied with your current speakers, and have a good hifi system, but lack the digital connections such as S/PDIF out or Optical on your system, this is the way to go.

5-0 out of 5 stars Well worth the $$$
I previously had tried to connect my PC sound card to my stereo receiver in order to play my MP3's on a real system and not my subpar computer speakers...but the sound I got from those cables, was absolutely horrendous.I quickly did more research and discovered Monster Cable's 20' minijack-to-RCA cable (perfect since my PC and stereo are on opposite sides of my room, I still have cable length to spare) and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality sound reproduction.Of course, the sound coming out of your stereo will depend on the quality of that component itself, but with Monster Cable's dual cable and single length (no extension cords to cause dissipation of the sound signal) you too will want to get this equipment...Especially, if you're an audiophile and listen to MP3's all the time, like me.

5-0 out of 5 stars Not sure if it's worth the money?Read on.
If you're like me, you are probably wondering if these little cables are actually worth the money. I was using cheap thin wired connections before, and my receiver would have LOTS of background noise and buzzing, so I thought I'd go ahead and give these things a shot. Afterall, I listen to MP3's all the time on my computer through my high end receiver. I'll tell you what, these things work great, and are worth the extra money. Now keep in mind, I'm an audiophile who is very picky about sounds. So for the casual listener who doesn't mind occasional background hissing or lack of crystal clear sound transfer from your computer to your receiver, you might be able to find a cheaper connection. But once again, I think the extra $$ is well worth it and I HIGHLY recomend these. Your only concern here is an economical one. As far as the product is concerned, these things are top notch.Get the 20 feet if you have to go across the a long wall or room to connect your computer to the receiver, otherwise the 10 ft should suffice. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Juice Your Casio Keyboard
Why waste money on batteries? That there would be crazy.

Get this handy little item and play forever.

Just make sure you get the right adapter for the right keyboard.

Duh...

5-0 out of 5 stars Works great for me
I got a Casio keyboard for xmas, and, considering it's size and quality, I was a little disapponted that it didn't come with a power supply (integrated or external (integrated would've been better)) but the next day I went to Toys R Us and bought this little gem and now all is fine.

1-0 out of 5 stars Wrong Adaptor
I, like the other customers. ordered this adaptor based on the recommendation from the site, and was disappointed when, on Christmas Eve, I realized this was not right for the keyboard we had ordered. This situation was particularly misleading since the adaptor was practically "bundled" for sale with a product for which it is not compatible.

1-0 out of 5 stars Wrong Adapter
We bought also the keybord and the adapter (as recommended) and it does not fit. I already tried to buy a new one, but it is not available.

5-0 out of 5 stars Wrong Adapter
We ordered the Casio keyboard for our son Marcelo, and on X-Mas day we realize that the adapter recommended for this keyboard at hte site does not works for this specific keyboard. Now I have to use batteries, and do not know where can I buy the right adapter. ... Read more
